After submit the signatures to Prime Minister, we received a response.
Our personal assessment is that they are blinded in that there has been a budget increase, when, following the latest amendments, cut rose from 15 to 9% . Obviously they are playing with financial expenses, money that we consider fictional and does not contribute the advancement of science but to finance the upgrading of computers and other businesses.
The content of the response itself is in the line of all press releases, so nothing new.
