Since this type of acts show intolerant in nature and lack of political will by the Mexican State of Felipe Calderón of providing solutions to the demands of the union, and ensuring the fundamental rights of families who have lost their livelihood to this mass layoff by a decree which violates flagrantly the Mexican Constitution.
